Greetings Fellow
Tanglers!
It is a continuation of Reticula
and Fragments over at i am the diva this week. Here is my fragment and finished
tile. I used a spray of a couple of different colors of liquid watercolors for
the color on this one.
Cris Letoureau, kindly
put a pattern on her blog for a wonderful star, that of course I had to try
out. I didn’t do the fragment version, but will try that one later, but I just
had to do at least one. I think that I will have to make a bunch more of these
lovelies! I’m thinking they will be my package adornments this year.
Finally, here is my
November Tanglelendar. Stephanie, at Everything is Art, has these on her blog
and I have been having fun with them. This one I did print out on some older
light gray cardstock that I had around, but I found that shading on the laid
paper was anything but fun…. I won’t be doing that again. I also had a chance
to try out some of the new tangles released from Zentangle Headquarters. See
your nearest CZT if you want to learn how to do them.
Thanks for stopping by,
and for all of your lovely comments!
They do make my day!
Have a great weekend and
Tangle on!
Love your Diva tile! Terrific blue colour. Fabulous Star! I too am going to give Cris's star a try this weekend. I'm also looking forward to enjoying Stephanie's tangle calendar next year.
ReplyDeleteLovely tile in blue - and nice tangelander :-)
ReplyDeleteLovely work, all of them. Particularly like the blues. And aren't those stars fun!
ReplyDeleteI love the tile and it's colors!!!!
ReplyDeleteWow! that Diva tile is gorgeous and I love your star;-)
ReplyDeleteDelightful! Love your cheerful blue tile (and your other pieces.)
ReplyDeleteVery pretty with the blue for the challenge. Those stars will certainly be great for package decoration and will be most appreciated for future tree hangings!
ReplyDeleteWonderful tile in blue! I like your star and the Tanglelender, too!
ReplyDeleteLike the blue in the Diva challenge. Also a nice fragment. I saw the stars also. Have not downloaded the template yet bu want to try them also. I just have to decide the paper I want to use. I really like yours with the alternating stripes and flux. Would look great on the tree.
