Greetings Fellow
Tanglers!
The challenge from the diva this week is a UMT (use my tangle) and we are using Frunky by Katharina Königsbauer-Kolb.
I really liked working with this tangle, and can see that it will be one of
those that could easily go into my mac and cheese tangles. I used a watercolor
dyed tile, then graphite and charcoal for highlights and shading. I decided to
leave it as a monotangle.
Thanks for stopping by, and
for all of your lovely comments!
They do make my day!
Have a great week and
Tangle on!
Great tile - blue is wonderful for this tangle :-)
ReplyDeleteIt's amazing how the colour makes this special.
ReplyDeleteBeautifully done Frunky, Kate! Love the blues.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous tile!
ReplyDeleteEspecially pretty with the blue - I can't decide if it's a wonderful sky or a rolling ocean.
ReplyDeleteLady Kate: How very nicely done. I think mine is plain compared to yours. Nice color...blue is my favorite because it is one the very few that I can see ok. I will try to use your technique on my tile and see if it perks it up. Thanks for visiting my blog.
ReplyDeleteGorgeous and I also see a lovely Spring sky.
ReplyDeleteWow! This is lovely Kate;-) The vivid colors are fantastic.
ReplyDeleteThe blue is great - and for me it is also a real mac and cheese tangle . Like your frunky very much.
ReplyDeleteI love this. It reminds me of a happy gaggle of vegas showgirls.
ReplyDeleteYour tile made me think of angels---not that I've ever actually seen a real angel. Very nice and sweet.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE this tile and the colors.
ReplyDeleteJust gorgeous tile! Blue is perfect for Frunky!
ReplyDeleteThis has a real Japanese print feel. So lovely with the Blue!
