Greetings Fellow
Tanglers!
The challenge over at i am the diva, is a use my tangle week, with Henrike Bratz’s tangle Crux. The rain
has finally stopped, and now it looks like I am going to have to break out the
lawn mower for the first mowing.
Crux and Well.
I also made these tiles
that will be used as RAZ, random acts of zentangle in the care home where my
husband lives. The staff takes such good care of him, so I often will leave
tiles around as a special treat for them to find.
Thanks for stopping by,
and for all of your lovely comments!
They do make my day!
Have a great week and
Tangle on!
Beautiful Crux tile! Very well drawn.
ReplyDeleteSo clever, so subtle. And lovely RAZ tiles. Hope you're well and that the sun continues to shine. Even if that means battling with the lawn mower! Axxx
ReplyDeleteI love how you managed to get Well into Crux. Really nice tile. I also think it is so sweet of you to leave the RAZ tiles as a special treat for your husband's caregivers.
ReplyDeleteYour Cruz is amazing! And to get well into it!
ReplyDeleteI thought your Diva tile was gorgeous and done so well. But what really struck me was the random art you leave at the care facility. You are a real angel. You could be angry or sad, but instead you spread beautiful art with others. They are beautiful pieces which someone shall treasure. Best wishes, Sarah.
ReplyDeleteNot so much angry, but so sad here and there.... It is a process, and I miss my other....
DeleteReally nice bold Crux variation. Very nicely drawn and great shading! Love your RAZ too, how sweet!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful work: putting Crux together with Well is a splendid combination, I love the black and the shadow on this tile.
ReplyDeleteVery nice from you what you do in the care home. You are a real Lady!!!
Great job. Nice treatment of this tangle. Thanks for the inspiration. :)
ReplyDeleteWow, I love that Crux tile! The RAZ's are beautiful too and such a loving idea to spread them there.
ReplyDeleteI think your idea about leaving tiles for people to find is lovely. I hope they enjoy your work as much as I do.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! I love the Idea of random acts too!
ReplyDeleteLovely work and a beautiful heart;-)
ReplyDeleteLovely tiles!
ReplyDeleteNice work, Lady Kate! And to share yourself that way with others is just beautiful. I hope the process brings you peace. Cheryl
ReplyDeleteWonderful and elegant tile! I like your combination of Crux with Well. So lovely idea! Your RAZ is a lovely idea, too!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful crux and I am sure they will be delighted to discover your raz tiles.
ReplyDeleteI like your way of shading. The idea of hiding little selfmade "treasures" for others around is great. I would love to find them.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful Diva tile. RAZ - what a wonderful idea.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful work! I wish you a Happy Weekend!
ReplyDeleteI love the way you snuck the Well into the Crux. Kinda makes you go, "ooh."
