Weekly Challenge #155

It’s been a busy week for me so far. It started with lots of snow to shovel, then a bunch of grading to get finished, and it sounds like before the week is out there will be more shoveling to do!
The challenge from i am the diva this week is “A Little White Space”. I ended up using a string from TanglePatterns.com. This is my tile using TanglePatterns String 075 created by our own Maria Thomas. Hope you like it and enjoy a little white space.

Thank you for all your kind comments. They make my day! Happy tangling!

  1. Great looking guy on your tile with a big bright smile on his face. Love the tangle inside with the red colored spirals.

  2. Wow , this is very interesting. I keep seeing a face that can't decide if it is smiling or not. Love the bits of red.

  7. I see the head, but more of a mask. He is a mystery man! Nice subtle accents of the white space.

  11. Hi, lady Kate. What a beautiful tile. It is true, the white spaces give light! To me it is a girl with two ponytails on each side of the face (with a mask) and a turtle neck. Love it!

  12. Beautiful use of white space! My first thought was a mask too.

  13. Yes, I see a face, too! An evil cat with pointy ears. LOL. I really enjoyed your pattern choices - they've been beautifully executed :)

  14. haha, my computer is running so slow this evening so your zentangle loaded really slowly, it loaded by rolling down from the top. To me it has looked like a Superhero Cat was emerging from the page. He was wearing a real cool red and black mask, ready to save the world! Love it, Superhero Cat or otherwise ;)

  15. The white space looks brilliant with those tangles around & I particularly like the way your brown/sepia Printemps add such interest. The Paradox corners are lovely & stretchy & really help draw the eye about the tile.
