Greetings to all! Still
dealing with the cold here, and the good old ground hog says at least 6 more weeks
of winter! Ha! I could have told you that, it’s Minnesota after all.
I had fun with the UMT challenge from CZT, Sadelle Wiltshire. Her tangle, Jailed Johnny was picked for the i am the diva challenge for the week.
I am still working away
on my deck for the swap, so it was another ATC for this one. I am getting
pretty close to being done, so you may see a few more photos coming your way
once I get them all the way done. When I have a bit more time, I will have to try this tangle out some other
sizes as I really had fun with it. It’s been a
busy end to January and start to February, with my Husband’s birthday last Friday, and mine today!
Everyone have a great
week and keep tangling!
Thanks for all your comments, they really keep me
going!
Ahhh, this is a great tile! It looks like the Jailed Johnny are dragonflies getting ready to zoom away! And a little added love for their journey! Great tile... and a great muse!

ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday! Hoping you had a wonderful day. Love what you did with this tangle on your ATC! I am still struggling to come up with something - practice, practice, practice I suppose! Love your pink hearts!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
Deleteoh, I love this!!! So sweet, stunning shading, crisp clean lines, just gorgeous :) very very well done xx
ReplyDeleteYou make it look so easy! I struggled with this - but this is so natural and relaxed and happy! Axxx
ReplyDeletePsst, Annie, its really more about the difficulty I have with really even, or rigid tangles.... not as easy for me to do, so I just randomly put the starting lines in and then made the rest fit! Thanks though.
DeleteThank you all for the lovely comments and wishes!
ReplyDeleteI am not sure if my comment got posted or not. You really inspired me when I felt so stuck with Jailed Johnny - thank you! ~ Diane Clancy

Very pretty - I like the way you've changed the size of the "wings" and the way you added the hearts to the sort of circle! Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteoh how very pretty! lovely work combining it with hearts - very apt for Valentine's month :) Happy belated birthday xx
