Weekly Challenge #373

Greetings Fellow Tanglers!

October seems to be flying by, and like everyone I have been busy. I have been taking some time here and there to tangle, just haven’t had the time to get the post together and get them out there. I groaned when I saw this week’s diva challenge as I really dislike working with my non-dominant hand. For this one I only had a Pigma graphic size 1 in my bag, so used that to work on a tile using Zingo. I did have to really slow down and even with that everything is a little wonky, so I just went with it.

This is my tile for challenge #372 to use Dewd. I used one of my watercolor backgrounds and didn’t really like the way that the middle came out, so in true Zentangle fashion you can always add a bit of Bronx Cheer and “fix” anything!

Missed out doing challenge #371 as I was out of town for a long weekend to get everything buttoned down for the winter at the lake, and didn’t do any tangling. I did however have a chance to stop at a great winery down in Pepin, Wisconsin on our last “lake loop” tour for the year.

As for challenge #370 using Mezzanine by Heidi Sue, I had a fun time with this one and used it to make more organic looking tiles.

Thanks for stopping by, and for all of your lovely comments!
They do make my day!
Have a great week and Tangle on!

  1. You did a great job with the Pigma Graphic 1 pen and your tile turned out very nice. I like it even with the wonkyness (that I don't see in it very much at all). And good use of Bronx Cheer on Dewd. It looks like you meant it to be that way - oh yeah, you did mean it to be that way, in the end anyway. :-D I really like your Mezzanine tiles, especially the blue one.....or maybe the white one.....hmmmmm. I like them both!

  5. All beautiful Kate and the Non Dominant one is done so very well. No one could tell that was done with your non dominant hand.

  6. The result of drawing with your non dominant hand is nearly perfect and the Dewd tile is very nice! But your Mezzanine tiles are my special favorites this week!
