Happy Hump Day! This
week has been flying by, and I just wanted to quick post my piece for the, i am the diva challenge this week. Our challenge is to use Phicops and Diva Dance in
a DuoTangle, to honor Laura and B-Rad’s 10th Anniversary!
I really enjoyed using both these tangles together, and if I have more time
this week I will continue to play with them.
Thank you for the warm
welcome back, and the lovely comments last week.
You all make my day when
you take the time to comment.
Have a great week and
Tangle On!
Fantastic!
ReplyDeleteThis is gorgeous. The warm glow is really effective. Good tile.
ReplyDeleteThis is just beautiful
ReplyDeleteFeels like fall. I was playing around with making phicops pumpkins, but I thought it would be too cheezy. I might do it anyway. Who doesn't like cheese!?
ReplyDeletenice tile. the shading and colour are great.
ReplyDeleteStunning! The colours work nicely on the tile. I really like it :)
ReplyDeleteLovely, really lovely.
ReplyDeleteI love it when a Tile really jumps out. Beautiful design and colors. Terrific contrast between the Phi Cops and the Diva Dance background. Love the diversity in the Diva Dance pattern. Awesome.
ReplyDeleteOh the shading! How much depth your DivaDance has....very nice.
ReplyDeleteI really like the orange in the inner "shell" areas. And you made your Diva Dance look effortless.
ReplyDeleteGreat job. Really like the orange on this. Really makes it pop!
ReplyDeleteyour use of orange gives it a pop out - I like this
ReplyDeleteBeautiful drawing, with a mysterious feel to it.
ReplyDeleteThe color touches are beautiful, and I love the depth in the diva dance
At risk of repeating so many of your lovely comments on this gorgeous tangle, you REALLY give your tile incredible depth. Great work, Kate. Axxx
ReplyDeleteLove how you made Phicops stand out amongst a bed of Diva Dance - and the one on the lower right hand side is sooo cute :) great work!
ReplyDeleteSoooo beautiful! I really love how you have the Diva Dance moving (dancing) in different directions... It creates such a wonderful flow behind the beautiful phicops. The pop of color is so nice in the design.
ReplyDeleteYou made them look like they were meant for each other!

I love this. my favorite thing is how easy it is to differentiate the two tangle in your tile, I had trouble with that. I also really love the different patterns that you were able to make work so well of the DivaDance. 5 stars!
ReplyDeleteI like the Diva Dance is looking like little flowers and the Phicops are great :-)
